Pure Kashmir began with a simple frustration.

Nowhere on the shelves could we find Kashmiri saffron, mamra almonds or Himalayan shilajit that tasted like the ones our grandparents brought home from the valley. Everything was polished, blended, or mixed with cheaper Iranian and Afghan varieties.

So we went back. We now work directly with a small group of farmer families across Pampore, Baramulla and the Ladakh borderlands — sourcing single-origin, single-season lots and shipping them to your door without polishing, adulteration or middlemen.

Every batch is lab-tested. Every packet is signed by the farmer who grew it. That's our promise.
